Reliance Spinning Mills Ltd. is a public limited company established in 1994 AD and is the largest spinning mills in Nepal. The company has two factories: Unit A located at Khanar, Sunsari and Unit B located at Duhabi,Sunsari, Nepal. Reliance Spinning is a high-tech spinning plant with machineries from world renowned textile machinery manufacturers such as Laxmi, Savio, and SchlafhorstSaurer.

The company is professionally managed, technologically advanced spinning mill engaged in manufacturing of international quality Polyester, Viscose, Acrylic and their various blends in grey, dyed and melange yarn including sewing threads. Reliance Spinning has a workforce of over 3000 people, making it the largest employer in
Nepal.Located in Duhabi (Sunsari district, Nepal), Reliance Spinning Mills Ltd. Unit B is equipped with hi-tech state-of-the-art German machinery from Barmag, GmbH and Terrot Strickmaschine. The machinery suppliers also include India’s Himson Internationals and I.C.B.T Lohia’s machinery.

We also have 33 KVA of Grid Power, followed by our own 100% captive generation, which ensures uninterrupted supply of power for continuously running manufacturing activity in our fully air- conditioned plant. A Research & Development division, which operates from a modern quality control cell, ensures quality standards. Our R&D laboratory has the latest equipment to test the yarn, Fabric & POY as per the international quality standards.

We are producing 40 MT / day of POY (Partially Oriented Yarn) and the same is being increased to 50 MT per day in order to cater to the growing demands. We also produce approx. 30 MT per day of Polyester Texturized Yarn (PTY) and 6 MT per day of Knitted Fabrics. For further value addition, we have plans to produce specialty yarn.
