Message from chairman

My journey for the last 23 years at NYMA, Nepal Yarn Manufacturer’s Association and 45 plus years in the field of business has been incredible, but looking forward to what is yet to come brings an excitement and a hope that is far beyond what I had envisioned.

When I take a trip down memory lane, I remember how little I knew when I started out at the age of 16. Driven purely by passion and a hunger for learning, I set about on a journey. I knew this would be a challenging journey, one that would transform me and ultimately make me the man I am today.

Today, with the support from the Golyan family and our valued stakeholders, I am proud to say our business has grown manifold, more than what I had envisioned at the young age of 16. The horizon is no longer a limit!

My Vision for NYMA IS To be the pioneer in the textile industry by building the company brand by fulfilling the customer’s satisfaction with quality, reasonable prices and meeting social obligations. My mission remains at creating and effecting high-value, cost-effective and qualitative strategies to satisfy the apparel needs of a diverse client base.

To aim for long-term and good relationships with satisfaction from our suppliers and customers.
To create a working environment that motivates, acknowledges and rewards successes at all organizational levels.
To contribute to the development of society and to share socially acceptable activities with cooperative people.
To respond to and meet the needs and desires of customers by providing high-quality production, efficiency, reliability, and services. To build a market for value chain growth.
A greater focus remains on creating various kinds of training as well as our CSR will help contribute to Nepal’s welfare and development; and by growing the textile industry in Nepal, we will strive to generate employment for all citizens.

I know for a fact that our journey forward is only going to be greater, more challenging, but much more fulfilling. We will continue to collaborate closely with our stakeholders and partners to reinvigorate Nepal’s growth and deliver long-term sustainable value to our end.
